As
we now see the Office of the President and the Republican Congress are for the
rich and feed their rich friends to become richer and feed their greediness. In
2016 the Republican Congress stole tribal sacred lands from the San Carlos Apache
Tribe of Arizona. The Congress of 2017
is targeting a Utah Tribe to steal more tribal land.
The
President showed us where he stands with no regard for trust responsibility and
yet Federal Written Tribal law that obligates the Federal Government to
outright protect all the Tribes of America.
Native American policies can be breached under this current presidential
administration; please note, that no federal agency spoke up to oppose 2016
Congress stealing Tribal Sacred Lands from the San Carlos Apache Tribe of
Arizona. Yet the Department of Interior
is supposed to be the main protector of all Indian Lands.
It
is obvious that this current presidential will and is disregarding people
related programs instead playing a dangerous game showing America military power
and show signs of putting American into war. With such actions neglecting the
people of this country this writer offers a critical recommendation and is for
the protection of already existing documentations, executive orders,
Congressional Legislation, and Indian Policies.
Foremost,
is tribal trust responsibility to directly ensure that any tribal lands are
ever taken away from any of the Tribes of Indian Country. How do we do this
Gaming Tribes give much of their earned revenues to non-profits of their
neighbors. It is time to divert some of our revenues to legally put into
protecting: Trust Responsibility, Tribal Rights, Tribal Sovereignty. We as tribal people already seen Republican
Congress Breach Trust Responsibility and steal our tribal sacred lands and
still plan to steal more lands. Tribes
need to strengthen Trust Responsibility so no Native Lands disappear from us
ever again.
Specific
Tribal Agenda to unite nation-wide and arrange meetings with US Senate Committee
on Indian Affairs to have very stern reminders of Trust Responsibility, Tribal
Rights and Tribal Sovereignty. Present
written legal documents that targets Trust Responsibility, Tribal Rights, and
Tribal Sovereignty. Confront Federal Government that our Treaties are to be
honored and respected and upheld.
All of our Native American
Non-Profits need to get on same page and bring together all of our Native American
Lawyers and as advisers our own tribal lawyers to absolutely once and for all
create shield of protection to government-proof Indian Polices, Executive
Orders, attempted adverse Congressional Legislation to make it fully known we
stand fully for the good of our people and for the future generations of our
Native People.
